Reports by the police show that Wycliffe Okello was hurried to a local hospital after he experienced a 3 day constant erection that caused immense pain.
The school dean talking to cops said the young fellow experienced abdominal pains before he was admitted to a local hospital.
Unfortunately, on Thursday he succumbed to the short ailment, something that has started a heated discussion online.
