Controversial Pastor Kanyari reveals why his church members must not join TikTok

Controversial Nairobi pastor Victor Mwangi Kanyari has once again come under public scrutiny, as recent events raise questions about the consistency of his teachings and personal conduct.

During a recent church service, Pastor Kanyari, known for his flamboyant style and contentious statements, shared his thoughts on the social media platform TikTok.

Although he admitted to using the platform himself, he warned his congregants against its use, criticizing it for allegedly promoting ungodly content and labeling its users as “crazy people.”

“Just stick to the television. All crazy people are on TikTok. Watch Prophetic TV and Shifu TV, not TikTok. All crazy people in the world are on TikTok,” he proclaimed.

Adding to the controversy, Kanyari also spoke about his personal life, making claims about women pursuing him and discussing his daughter’s education expenses.

This isn’t the first time Pastor Kanyari has faced criticism. He has previously been involved in scandals related to alleged manipulation of his followers for financial gain.

Despite the backlash and legal repercussions, Kanyari has managed to maintain a prominent presence within Nairobi’s religious community.
