Kenyan socialite and entrepreneur, Amber Ray, recently surprised her fans by sharing a video of her new residence. The video showcased her two-story house equipped with an elevator. In the footage, Amber Ray elegantly descended from the elevator, which conveniently opens directly into her living room, proceeding to the patio with a wine glass in hand.
This display of opulence sparked admiration from many, with some expressing envy over her lavish lifestyle. A number of comments playfully dubbed her the “Bibi ya tajiri” (Rich man’s wife), emphasizing the perceived wealth associated with her status.
“Amber, do you have an elevator in your house???… and someone tell me money isn’t good 😄.”
“Do you have an elevator in your house? 😂😂 My lord, you’re living while we are surviving 😂.”
“If this is what you call a fake life, then I want in 😂😂.”
“I told you, Amber is the rich man’s wife in Nairobi 😍😍😍😍 an elevator in the house and still, some people don’t recognize Amber 😂😂, stop the jealousy.”
Notably, last year, Amber Ray and Kennedy Rapudo vacated their 5-bedroom apartment following their breakup. Dismissing rumors that financial constraints prompted the move, Amber clarified that their separation was due to irreconcilable differences rather than an inability to afford the rent.
Contrary to speculation, she emphasized that rent was never an issue, stating, “Rent was never an issue. I moved out in the middle of the month, and Ken moved out shortly after. It wouldn’t make sense for him to live in a 5-bedroom house by himself.” This clarification shed light on the real reason for their departure, revealing that they chose to part ways because they were not maintaining a cohesive family unit under the same roof.
