The journey to parenthood for the couple began during their time in Zanzibar, where they were filming the video for their collaborative song, “Raha.” In the second installment of their pregnancy series, Nadia disclosed that Arrow Bwoy became the father of their child during this creative venture.
Amidst the joy of the news, Nadia revealed that they inadvertently overlooked medical advice instructing them to abstain for at least three months due to her previous miscarriage. Despite this, the couple enjoyed the intimate moments that led to the conception.
Detailing the conception, Nadia Mukami explained that she playfully challenged Arrow Bwoy, stating that if he failed to make her pregnant, it would indicate a potential fertility issue. Six weeks later, Nadia began experiencing signs of pregnancy, prompting a visit to the hospital where she received confirmation of her six-week gestation. She joyfully shared the news with Arrow Bwoy, who, despite initial tensions, eventually joined her to confirm the pregnancy, further strengthening their bond.
The pregnancy journey, however, was not without its challenges. Nadia Mukami faced difficulties performing for extended periods during shows while being pregnant. The strain was particularly evident during a two-month tour in the United States, prompting Nadia to cancel some shows and return home for the sake of her well-being.
