Yesterday in Vihiga, a couple faced legal repercussions after being apprehended for allegedly disrupting their neighbors’ tranquility with their intimate activities late at night. According to the residents, the couple’s behavior not only caused distraction but also occasionally seemed to involve aggressive elements.
One worried neighbor stated, “We often hear phrases like ‘Kill me,’ ‘Finish me,’ ‘Nimalize kabisa,’ ‘Chiring’ana umwana.’ It compels us to leave our homes just to ensure that no one is in harm’s way.”
As a consequence of their disruptive actions, the young couple was subjected to public humiliation by being bound together to a tree.
