List of Former Citizen TV’s Tahidi High Actors, and What They Do Currently

The popular TV show, Tahidi High, aired its first episode in 2006 and its last one in 2020, solidifying its place as a household name. The cast of Tahidi High has since moved on to new projects and endeavors. Here’s a look at what they’re currently up to:

Abel Mutua (Freddy) – Mutua has maintained an active presence both on and off camera. He’s a co-founder of Phil It productions and has written scripts for various local shows, including “The Real House Helps of Kawangware.” He also stars in the comedy hit series, “Andakava” and has over 257,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.

Sarah Hassan (Tanya) – Hassan has taken on various roles in different series and is now the lead actress in Citizen TV’s “Zora.” She also acts in the crime series, “Crime and Justice.”

Jackie Matubia (Jolene) – Matubia is now a lead actress in the hit drama series, “Zora,” and runs her own business, Fabulously Forward.

Angel Waruinge (Miss Morgan) – After falling into depression and addiction, Waruinge enrolled in a psychology program and now serves as a business executive at Nairobi Performing Arts Studio.

Joseph Omari (Mr Tembo) – Omari has appeared in other roles, including “Makutano Junction,” and has retreated to his rural home to live a private life.

Albert Kimani (Joni) – Kimani has become a notable figure in the media industry, having worked as a business executive at Madison Insurance and Royal Media Services. He is now employed at Ipsos Limited.
