Deputy President William Ruto yesterday pulled a quick one on his rivals after unveiling COTU boss Francis Atwoli’s wife as a new member of UDA.
Ruto who was in Bungoma to popularise his Bottom-Up economic model handed Atwoli’s second wife, Rosalinda Simiyu the microphone to speak to the eager audience.
“My name is Roselinda Simiyu. My husband is known as Francis Atwoli. I am inside the hustler movement,
she remarked.
Ruto also called our Atwoli saying;
“Huyu ni bibi ya ule jamaa wa nyororo (She is the wife of that guy who loves wearing chains).”
Atwoli has since issued a statement on the same saying that Ruto can have her now since she is not in thee list of his relatives.
“Rosalinda was surrendered to William Ruto in 2007 in his Eldoret town house. She is no longer on the list of my relatives. Ruto can now have her, free of Charge. Western Kenya is in Azimio.”
