Days ago, a middle aged woman distinguished as Monica was ruthlessly killed by her boyfriend in Mukuru Kwa Njenga slums in Nairobi.
Monica and boyfriend are said to have argued in her home before he shot her multiple times and got away.
It’s now arising that Monica’s boyfriend, Joel, was a gangster and has been on police radar.
He was shot dead close to Kware police station by detectives while intending to plan attacks inside Embakasi.
They recovered an Austrian-made Glock gun and 29 live rounds of 9 mm type from the hooligan.
After ballistic tests, it was said that the similar gun had been used to commit different thefts in the city, including the intentionally and without hesitation murder of Monica.
Joel and his gangsters are connected to the series of thefts that have been targeting mobile money outlets inside Nairobi’s Eastlands area.
As indicated by undercover cop Hessy Wa Dandora, Joel was part of the famous Gaza gang.
