Residents of Gatanga have been left in tears after a 26-year-old woman killed her two kids in the most recent case coming from Murang’a county.
The lady from Katitika village, Gituamba, Murang’a County is said to have killed her two kids aged 5 and 2 years.
The lady is said to have poisoned the two kids before committing suicide in the same house.
Area residents who spoke to our reporter said that the lady in the past one week was seen withdrawn which was not her norm as she was a social woman.
She was a good person, no one didn’t know her here,
Samuel Irungu, a resident said.
By the time of publishing this article, it is not yet clear why the lady committed the act.
The bodies of the three have since been transferred to the Mortuary as investigations continue.
