Former Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President Nelson Havi has sparked controversy with a sharp criticism of ODM leaders, praising Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna while launching a scathing attack on Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga.
In a bold statement, Havi claimed that Sifuna is the only ODM leader who continues to uphold the true values and principles that Raila Odinga has long stood for. He, however, dismissed Governor Wanga as a political opportunist.
“Sifuna is the only leader in ODM speaking what Raila Odinga stood for. Gladys Wanga is a parasite!” Havi declared.
His remarks have ignited debate within political circles, with some agreeing that Sifuna has been vocal in defending ODM’s core positions, while others criticized Havi’s harsh tone toward Governor Wanga.
