Tiktoker Brian Chira Wambui has recently been granted bail of Sh50,000, along with a surety of the same amount, after facing charges of cyber harassment. The accusations against him involve his TikTok account, where he allegedly defamed Azziad Nasenya, a prominent TikTok Queen and radio host.

Kibare clarified that if the two parties reach an agreement and Brian apologizes genuinely, they will inform the court of their mutual understanding as individuals. Such an agreement would not be opposed by the court, and if Azziad, the complainant, is willing to withdraw the case, the prosecution will not proceed further.
Moreover, it was disclosed by the lawyer that Chira was arrested within the premises of Kabarak University. The investigating officer was informed by the Chief Security officer of the university that Chira had already been suspended from the institution at the time of his arrest. Nevertheless, the university authorities managed to locate him, leading to his arrest and subsequent clearance.
