“Pesa Iko Facebook wadau” Arap Uria Bags Ksh 16k From Facebook Monetization

Arap Uria, a Facebook content creator, has recently showcased the financial gains he’s achieved through his posts over the past month.

Using images, Arap Uria revealed that he earned $125.19 (approximately 16,150 Kenyan shillings) from Facebook between August 17 and September 13. He chose to share these details to inspire and encourage other content creators who are struggling to achieve similar success.

Arap Uria commented, “Here are my Facebook monetization earnings over the past 28 days. I hope this can motivate others. That’s 16k a month, depending on how you post content.”

Last month, Meta announced that Facebook users in Kenya would start receiving payments for sharing original video reels. Kenya is now the fourth-largest source of paid content on Facebook in Africa, joining South Africa, Egypt, and Nigeria in this initiative.
