Pastor Cuts Off Thief’s Two Hands Inside Church After Reading Matthew 5:30

Dumisani Mahlangu, a 29-year-old resident of Mpumalanga, South Africa, has recently been discharged from the hospital following a traumatic incident that resulted in the loss of both his hands.

In a conversation with Sowetan, Mahlangu recounted the events of two weeks ago, narrating how he was falsely accused of theft and subsequently subjected to a horrific ordeal where both his hands were severed by a local pastor.

Mahlangu vehemently asserted his innocence, stating that he had no involvement in the crime he was accused of on March 20 in Vosman, Emalahleni.

Recalling the terrifying encounter, Mahlangu revealed that despite his pleas, the pastor, identified as Apostle Solomon Mhlanga, aged 58, along with his son Enoch, aged 20, proceeded to carry out the brutal act inside a church.

Citing Matthew 5:30 as justification, the pastor purportedly declared that Mahlangu’s hands must be amputated as punishment for the alleged theft.

In his interview with Sowetan, Mahlangu detailed his desperate appeals to the pastor, imploring him to spare at least one of his hands. However, his pleas fell on deaf ears as the pastor remained steadfast in his decision, asserting that Mahlangu’s punishment was necessary to serve as a deterrent to others.
