The troubled Judiciary has come out to shield its record in dispensing equity the general public, saying it is unmatched.
This is after a section of Kenyans, particularly those united to President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga, Had doubts on who the judiciary was serving after 5 High Court Judges delivered the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI), which was promoted as a peoples driven initiative,
The five judges who delivered a strong blow to BBI incorporate of Joel Ngugi, George Odunga, Jairus Ngaah, Teresia Matheka, and Chacha Mwita.
In a statement, they maintained they won’t be shaken by threats however would keep dispensing their juties to the general public.
This comes even as they requested that investigations be opened into the assaults and that Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai and CS Fred Matiangi tighten their security details.
