Content creator and radio presenter David Oyando, widely known as Mulamwah, has recently provided updates on the construction progress of his house in Kitale. During an interview with Plug TV, Mulamwah mentioned that the construction is currently halfway completed, and the estimated cost of the entire project is slightly over KSh 10 million. The comedian emphasized that the construction is a long-term project, and he is not in a rush to complete it, preferring to continue whenever funds become available.

Mulamwah revealed that he has already spent around KSh 4 million on the house, and he plans to use the remaining funds to finish the construction gradually. He highlighted that the project is a significant investment, and he is committed to building a home that will stand the test of time.

The construction of Mulamwah’s house in Kitale began after he purchased the land in the same location. In July 2021, after acquiring his first piece of land, Mulamwah took the opportunity to encourage young people to prioritize saving money for future investments. He shared his own journey, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and determination in pursuing one’s goals, even in the face of skepticism.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Mulamwah has diversified his investments by entering the Boda Boda business. Currently, he owns and operates over 15 motorcycles in Kitale town, with plans to expand further. Mulamwah explained that he chose to involve unemployed friends in the business, creating a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Addressing recent speculations about his romantic life, Mulamwah clarified that he and singer Ruth K are not in a romantic relationship. Despite a video circulating on Valentine’s Day showing them expressing affection, Mulamwah asserted that they are close friends. He revealed that he is currently focusing on personal growth and self-improvement, intending to address past issues before entering into a new relationship. Mulamwah also mentioned that Ruth K is in a relationship, and he respects her boyfriend.

Reflecting on his past relationship with Sonnie, Mulamwah shared that the breakup was challenging and publicly messy. He acknowledged past mistakes and expressed a commitment to working on himself before embarking on a new romantic journey. The comedian disclosed that his love life has been inconsistent since the breakup and emphasized the importance of meeting the right people while undergoing personal development. Despite the challenges, Mulamwah remains determined to move forward positively and learn from past experiences.
