“On behalf of my family and the Kisumu County residents, I extend heartfelt condolences to General Ogolla’s family, colleagues, and the Kenya Defence Forces,” Nyong’o conveyed. “We mourn the loss of a remarkable individual. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may God provide solace to Kenya.”

Ogolla’s demise occurred tragically in a helicopter crash in Sindar, Elgeyo Marakwet County, claiming the lives of nine other senior military officers.
