Toto is known for keeping her personal life private ever since she became famous for beating political heavyweights to win the UDA ticket for the position of Woman Representative in Bomet County in 2022. In the general election held in August 2022, she won the seat with an impressive 242, 775 votes, defeating nine other candidates in the race.
