Former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga is in Murang’a County in a meeting with business men from the Mt Kenya Region and is the Chief Guest at the Skiza Thanksgiving ceremony in Gatanga.
The enigma is in company of Murang’a Woman Representative, Sabina Chege, Governor Mwangi Wa Iria and Royal Media Services Chairman, SK Macharia.
In what seems like an early move to assemble his team and win over the region, Raila according to analysts is in a mission to dominate the Mt Kenya Region and cripple Deputy President President, William Ruto’s influence in the region.
Raila currently enjoys Uhuru’s backing and a friendly atmosphere unlike during the past general elections.
