“I’m Richer Than huyu Khaligraph” Eric Omondi Trolls Khaligraph Days After Jones Underrated Him

Eric Omondi has responded to Khaligraph Jones’ assertion that he is a broke and washed-up comedian. Eric stated in an interview with Vincent Mboya that he is wealthy enough not to work another day.

The two celebrities have had a long-running feud, which erupted again over the weekend following a successful Oktobafest concert at which Khaligraph performed. A sold-out show at the Ngong Racecourse featured a lineup of 30 local artists, making it the biggest concert of 2022 that was not headlined by a foreign musician. Eric Omondi has long advocated for exactly this type of concert, but once it occurred, he went silent and made no mention of it.

Khaligraph was one of many musicians who slammed Eric for being a complainer, adding that he has fallen off the highs of his comedic career.

“Eric Omondi is the president of comedy, but he was already overthrown by akina Terence [Creative]… akina Crazy Kennar, alisahpitwa hadi na akina Cartoon Comedian. Mr. Eric Omondi cannot be in a position to say anything about this industry. Because mi nikiwa bouncer, nikipiga tao kalesa juu sikuwa na fare, Eric alikua superstar. Lakini saa hii Eric hawezi simama karibu na mimi!”

Eric has now responded by offering to care for Khaligraph Jones and his entire family, which includes uncles, sisters, nephews, and cousins, for the next five years.

“I’m richer than Khaligraph, I started comedy in 2008 and he started his career in 2012. You can’t compare me with him. I have more money,” Eric started.

He then added: “Naeza lipia Khaligraph maisha yake na extended family for five years kama nimekaa chini, I’m not working. Ile pesa niko nayo niseme ‘hii mkule’, for five years!”

Eric has been vocal about the entertainment industry in recent years. This has resulted in a long-running feud between himself and Sauti Sol lead singer Bien, who has labeled Eric a self-serving jerk who does not see the progress being made in local showbiz.
