Harriet from Nyandarua has described how she lives in the same home as her younger sister and shares her husband; she has no regrets.
Harriet claims that she didn’t realize her husband had fallen in love with her until she saw her pregnant, and that she contacted her sister to help her care for herself and the children after giving birth to her dirty baby.
She says she was astonished and couldn’t believe it when she admitted to having a connection with her husband after she was questioned about who was to blame for her pregnancy.
She fled and returned to her parents’ home.When her husband returned home after picking her up, he was requested to pay the second wife’s dowry, which he did.
They then forgave her, and Harriet returned home to live with her husband.
According to Harriet, their spouse provides for them and satisfies their needs. She has ten children, while her sister has four. She is currently expecting a dirty child.
