Agnes Wanjiku from Naivasha has narrated how she found out that her husband had another wife when she had already given birth to three kids, She couldn’t believe it and she decided to leave.
According to her is that she met her husband in her village area where he used to visit a friend and he told her that her first wife had died,they became friends and later became lovers.
He took her to his parents for introduction and later she also took him to her parents, He rented a house and they started living as husband and wife and they were blessed with three kids.She says that her husband used to work from one place to another place and most of the time he was not at home.
Agnes says that after they visited his parents in the village a neighbor asked her if she knew that her husband has another wife and kids who were not staying far from his parents home.
She says that she was shocked and couldn’t believe it and after she confronted him the husband he didn’t denied it and since she hated been a second wife she decided to leave him and carried her three kids.
Agnes says that she has been a single mother and she has managed to raise her kids all by herself, She has urged single mother to respect themselves so as to earn respect from people around them.
