A cop in Nairobi is set to go through reconstruction surgery after he was injured by a lady in Nairobi’s Langata area.
As indicated on police report, Sergeant Moses was strolling towards the Bypass Patrol Base at around 8 pm when he came across the lady.
The police officer is said to have questioned the lady for breaking the COVID curfew before an exchange of words happened. During the conflict, the lady bounced on the officer, held his head firmly, and bit off his ear.
The officer currently admitted at the ICU where he is required to go through ear reconstruction surgery.
The investigations are still on.
“She bit his right ear cutting it completely. After noticing that she had injured the officer, she ran towards the river bordering Lang’ata and Kibera. The injured sergeant picked the piece of the ear which had fallen down and proceeded to Nairobi West Hospital,” reads the report.
