Actress Nyaboke Moraa publicly turned down comedian Victor Naaman’s marriage proposal, claiming he cannot afford to support her as a second wife.
During an exclusive interview on Obinna Show Live, Victor revealed his intentions to engage Nyaboke in 2025. He disclosed that their discussions about transitioning from friends to life partners had led to mutual agreement on exploring the possibility of marriage.
“I would wish to make Moraa my second wife because we’re compatible, have worked together, and love each other. It’s something we’ve talked about, and we might even surprise you this year,” Victor said.
However, Nyaboke’s response dashed his hopes. She bluntly declined his proposal on camera, questioning his financial capacity to sustain her as a second wife.
“Konokono kiwete. Where would you get the money to maintain me as a second wife? Why are you telling people you want to make me your second wife? So you can give me Ksh 30 for lunch? Find money and stop being foolish. Konokono. Gaidi sugu. You’re disrespectful,” Nyaboke retorted.
Feeling humiliated, Victor tried to defend himself, joking that Nyaboke often becomes rude when she’s hungry. Despite the awkward exchange, Victor remains married to his first wife.
While the romantic plans between the two seem to have fallen apart, their online followers recognize them as a dynamic duo from their popular comedy skits, which showcase undeniable chemistry.
