“Hadi Watu Wa Choir”: Archbishop Harrison Shocked Mpaka Ushers Hamjalipa Hustler Fund

Archbishop Harrison Ng’ang’a of the Christian Foundation Fellowship was taken aback to learn that some of his church ushers have outstanding Hustler Fund loans.

In a recent sermon shared online, Archbishop Harrison asked his congregants whether any of them were defaulters of the Hustler Fund. To his surprise, many of his church members admitted they had yet to repay their loans.

The Archbishop expressed his disbelief, stating that while he prays for Kenya’s economic growth, some of his own ushers were yet to settle their Hustler Fund debts. “If you took the Hustler Fund, raise your hand, let me see. Aaaaai, so many of you are Hustler Fund defaulters!” he exclaimed. “You criticize the government, yet it’s you who have ruined it? You say the government is bad, but it’s you who are part of the problem?”

He further added, “Even the choir members have Hustler Fund loans! That’s why I pray here, asking God to bless them financially, and yet my prayers seem unanswered. I’m wondering what’s blocking my prayers, only to realize it’s the Hustler Fund debts.”

In a humorous moment, the Archbishop joked about how he always anoints his ushers and prays for their financial breakthroughs, never imagining they had taken loans. “I pray for the ushers, anointing them with so much oil, even five times more than necessary, but it turns out they have Hustler Fund debts that they haven’t paid back. There are so many wicked people here,” he said.

He referenced Psalms 37:21, quoting, “The wicked borrows and does not pay,” and added, “The wicked Fuliza and does not pay, the wicked Hustler and does not pay.”

Archbishop Harrison then urged the ushers and other church members with outstanding Hustler Fund loans to repay their debts, stressing that loans hinder the country’s ability to perform economic activities effectively.
