Kenyan actress Jackie Matubia has taken to her Instagram account to refute rumors suggesting a reconciliation with her ex-boyfriend.
Earlier today, Blessing Lung’aho, the father of Jackie’s child, posted a photo with an unidentified woman, fueling speculation that she might be Jackie Matubia.
In the photograph, Blessing was seen holding a bouquet of flowers, and the woman’s face was concealed, with only her hands visible.
Numerous comments insinuated that the hands in the picture belonged to Jackie, which prompted her to address the situation with grace and humor.
While addressing and dismissing the rumors, Jackie seemed to playfully poke fun at the flowers her ex was holding.
She also emphasized that she has consistently maintained a positive and responsible online presence and urged people to respect her reputation.
“I want you to compare these nails to mine. I don’t engage in negative content. Honestly, not even 300 flowers could persuade me to create content like that,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.
Jackie Matubia and Blessing Lung’aho parted ways several months after the birth of their first child together.
Although the exact reason for their breakup remains undisclosed, it appears unlikely that they will rekindle their romantic relationship.
