Sagana meeting, which was lead by President Uhuru Kenyatta, might have come at a better time for Kirinyaga Woman Representative Purity Ngirici, who dumped William Ruto’s UDA thanks to Anne Waiguru.
Taking to her social media, after the meeting, Ngirici uncovered details of her concise discussion with President Uhuru Kenyatta at Sagana that left her a happy woman.
She shared pictures of her and Uhuru interacting with one another in a friendly way.
Ngirici claimed that the President radiated trust in her, saying that she will win the Kirinyaga seat.
“Hii Kitu Umechukua (You have won this thing),” Ngirici quoted the president.
This was the first Sagana meeting that Ngirici was attending after she fell out with deputy president William Ruto.
The MP left UDA over what she said was favoritism towards Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru, who joined the party an year ago.
