Stivo Simple Boy Returns to Kibera Streets After Being Evicted from Buruburu Residence

Kenyan rapper Stivo Simple Boy has recently faced a setback, finding himself back in Kibera after being ousted from his dwelling in Buru Buru.

Reports of his eviction emerged after his manager, Chingi Boy, posted a cryptic message on his Instastory, suggesting a discord between him and the artist.

Chingi Boy disclosed that despite his efforts to advance Stivo’s career, he encountered resistance from Stivo’s family members, resulting in the musician’s expulsion from his residence in Buru Buru.

In an exclusive interview with TUKO.co.ke, Chingi revealed that Stivo was ejected from his home by his siblings, who subsequently took control of the property.

This turn of events presents a significant setback for Stivo Simple Boy, especially considering the support he had received earlier from Mumias East MP Peter Salasya, who had pledged to cover his rent in July 2023.

Initially, it was reported that Salasya’s aid facilitated Stivo’s relocation to Donholm. However, Chingi clarified that Salasya’s support was directed towards securing accommodation in Buru Buru, not Donholm.

Chingi further explained that although Salasya covered the deposit and rent, he was the one coordinating the move and advised against providing Stivo with direct financial assistance.

Despite attempts to resolve Stivo’s housing predicament, Chingi Boy expressed frustration with the ongoing conflicts and opted to step away from managing the artist.

He confirmed that he had informed the caretaker to serve Stivo’s brother with an eviction notice and expressed disappointment in continuing to foot the bills for a residence occupied by someone else.
