The renowned grandmother, who gained online fame for her extravagant purchase of Ksh.70,000 worth of petrol, is once again making waves with another amusing statement.
In an Instagram video, she was interviewed by Odibets brand influencer and fashion enthusiast Adigo, who questioned her decision to travel by plane while others are complaining about financial difficulties.
In response, the grandmother delivered a witty comeback, asserting that she has plenty of money, much like the way people complain about having numerous problems. According to her, money is not a concern for her.
Adigo then cheekily requested Ksh.1000 from her, to which the grandmother humorously replied that she hasn’t used Kenyan shillings for the past 20 years; she exclusively deals in dollars.
“Why do you fly every day when people are complaining about being broke?” Adigo asked.
“I have plenty of money just like they have plenty of problems,” the grandmother retorted.
“Can you spare me Ksh.1000?” Adigo inquired.
“I haven’t used Kenyan money in twenty years; I’m used to dealing only in dollars,” she amusingly replied.
Interestingly, the grandmother is Adigo’s biological mother, as revealed in an online media interview. Adigo expressed that his mother has been a blessing in his life, which explains their close relationship. Thanks to her viral videos, the grandmother has secured lucrative deals with companies, earning a substantial income.
