A Kenyan banker, identified by a pseudonym as Ayub, has been left devastated after learning that his wife of 14 years had secretly saved more than KSh 5 million, all while he was drowning in loans to provide for their family.
Ayub, who believed his marriage was built on trust and transparency, said he had always been open about his finances.
