Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has stirred fresh political controversy after claiming that President William Ruto and his family have infiltrated nearly every sector of business in the country — including the public transport industry.
Speaking during a public address, Gachagua alleged that the President and his children have expanded their business interests to almost every major sector of the economy, a move he suggested was sidelining ordinary Kenyans and small-scale entrepreneurs.
“Ruto is in every field ya biashara, mpaka biashara ya matatu amechukua pamoja na watoto wake,” Gachagua reportedly said.
