In this video, whose exact date remains undisclosed, Pastor Ng’ang’a is captured making a controversial statement to his congregation, offering a financial reward of Ksh 1,000,000 to anyone capable of proving the absence of HIV/AIDS infection in any individual from the Luo community.
The televangelist voices his disapproval of what he perceives as immoral conduct in society, singling out the Luo community and suggesting that they are on a path leading to damnation.
Ng’ang’a asserts, “These people from Nyanza continue to anger God. Hellfire is expanding because of them. Show me a Luo without HIV, and I’ll give them one million…”
