Annet, a brilliant student on the brink of completing her secondary education and embarking on her dream course at university, faced an abrupt onset of illness. Her journey involved numerous hospital visits, with doctors taking considerable time to diagnose her with cancer. In an interview, Annet revealed that the delayed diagnosis diminished her chances of survival.
Upon learning about Annet’s battle with cancer and slim chances of survival, her family and friends disowned her. Shockingly, even her own parents expressed readiness for any news, be it life or death. For an agonizing five months, none of her family members set foot in the hospital to offer support.
