Justina Syokau, the renowned artist famous for the chart-topping track “Twendy Twendy,” recently engaged in an insightful conversation with Dr. Ofweneke on TV 47. In this open dialogue, the provocative singer delved into various aspects of her music career and personal life.
Discussing Her Altered Physique During the interview, Justina disclosed that she had invested a substantial sum of three million Kenyan shillings to enhance her physical appearance, particularly focusing on her buttocks. The procedure took place in the United States, but unfortunately, it did not unfold as anticipated. This led her to undergo corrective surgery, incurring an additional expense of 600,000 Kenyan shillings.
“I went to the US and requested the doctor to transfer fat from my stomach and back to my buttocks. The initial procedure cost me three million. However, I realized later that it wasn’t looking right; it needed maintenance. It was cumbersome, and the symmetry was off,” she explained.
In terms of her future plans, Justina highlighted that 2023 is the year she intends to take a hiatus and concentrate on personal growth. “2023 is my year to relax and broaden my horizons.”
Justina Syokau’s Relationship Status Justina Syokau also opened up about her current relationship status, revealing that she is still single and actively seeking a life partner. She candidly discussed the challenges she faced in finding a husband in the year 2022.
“I’m still on the market. I am single. I haven’t found a husband yet,” Justina shared with Dr. Ofweneke. She recounted her unsuccessful attempts to connect with various Kenyan celebrities, including a crush on Ryvanny, who was more interested in collaboration. She also admitted to having a crush on gospel singer Ringtone Apoko, only to later discover that he was embellishing his opulent lifestyle. Upon investigation, she found that Apoko did not possess the significant wealth he claimed.
In terms of qualities she desires in a potential husband, Justina emphasized the importance of financial security and compatibility in the bedroom. “I want a man who is financially secure, perhaps even a billionaire. When we go to the supermarket, I want to be able to pick whatever I desire. But he must also excel in the bedroom; otherwise, we won’t be getting any work done.”
Addressing the Controversy Surrounding Her Song ‘Twendy Twendy Three Ni Mwaka Wa Kupanuliwa’ Justina Syokau also addressed the controversy surrounding her hit song “Twendy Twendy,” specifically addressing the use of the word “kupanuliwa.” She clarified that she didn’t use this word for mere attention; according to her, “kupanuliwa” means extension, which is why she chose it.
She also dismissed claims that her songs bring bad luck or omens. Dr. Ofweneke pointed out that Justina had sung about 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic struck, as well as the challenging economic times in 2021 and 2022. Justina explained that her recent video, where she was seen crying, was a form of expression, not witchcraft. She stated, “When I sing, I’m expressing what I hope God will do for me. But you see, when a man can’t find a wife and struggles financially, he blames me.”
