A man has been charged at a Nairobi Court after he was caught on CCTV secretly recording a lady in the washroom.
Mark Ambeyi Mutongoi was accused of recording Margaret Wangari while she was using the washroom at Rubis gas station in Westlands.
As per court papers, Mark used his cell phone to record Wangari as she was easing herself in the washroom.
prosecutor Robert Ogallo told the court that the incident occurred at around 10 pm on October when Wangari had stopped at the gas station to top off her tank also use the washroom.
“She decided to take a bathroom break and headed to the washrooms. That is when the accused showed up with his cellphone to do the recording,” Ogallo stated, as reported by the source.
Management at the said gas station discovered what had occurred after they watched the CCTV footage, and when the casualty was shown the recording, she filed a report at Parklands Police Station.
“She watched the CCTV footage and confirmed that it was indeed her who had been recorded,” continued Ogallo.
