Scheduled to arrive at approximately 5:30 p.m., President Ruto will touch down at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, renowned as the world’s busiest air transit hub, catering to nearly 100 million passengers annually. Situated within a two-hour radius of major U.S. cities, the airport primarily serves as a pivotal connecting point for travelers.

Embarking on his official visit to Atlanta, Georgia, President Ruto’s agenda commences with a briefing session upon hotel check-in, followed by a keynote address on democracy at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum.

Amidst the diplomatic affairs, considerable attention is drawn to the opulent aircraft chosen for President Ruto’s transatlantic journey. Departing from Kenya, President Ruto opted for a chartered jet from RoyalJet, a collaboration between Abu Dhabi Aviation and the Presidential Flight (Abu Dhabi Amiri Flight), under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan.

Among RoyalJet’s prestigious fleet, President Ruto is assigned the Boeing Business Jet B737-77W, a model introduced in 2016, renowned for its luxurious amenities and unparalleled comfort in air travel.

Distinguished by its forward stateroom featuring a private VIP lavatory, the A6 RJU ensures President Ruto’s privacy and convenience throughout the journey. Crafted with premium materials and carbon fiber, the cabin exudes contemporary elegance, complemented by a dynamic mood lighting system offering over a million color variations, controllable via an iPad-based cabin management system.
