” I’m Broke and Famous , Nateseka Sana , Mnisaidie” Former Inspector Mwala Actor Begs For Help .

In an interview with 2mbili Tv, Tony shared the challenges he faced in the acting industry, describing it as a journey through hell. Despite harboring grand aspirations of becoming a prominent actor in Kenya, his experiences led to demotivation, leaving him grappling with financial difficulties.

Following his departure from Inspector Mwala, where he faced financial constraints due to a modest salary, Tony joined Ebru Tv and took on a role in the Kortini show as the DCI. Initially hopeful that this opportunity would be transformative, he encountered unexpected setbacks.

While at Ebru Tv, Tony received a meager monthly salary of Ksh. 2000, a sum insufficient to meet his basic needs. Shockingly, he was compensated at Ksh. 500 per episode, exacerbating his financial challenges. Living in a house in Kangemi with a monthly rent of Ksh. 3000, his earnings fell short of covering even the basic living expenses, pushing him into a situation where he was living beyond his means.

Despite the demanding nature of his work, the remuneration was disheartening. Faced with the harsh reality of his financial struggles, Tony made the difficult decision to quit acting at the beginning of 2023. Life became an uphill battle for him, navigating the challenges posed by a difficult economic climate in Kenya.

In a plea to the goodwill of Kenyans, Tony is reaching out for support. He is open to any job or assistance that could help alleviate his current predicament. As he grapples with the hardships of life, Tony emphasizes the urgency of living day by day in the midst of Kenya’s challenging economic conditions.
