Matubia revealed that she achieved her first million at the age of 22, thanks to a lucrative advertising opportunity. Reflecting on that moment, she stated, “At the age of 22 or 23, I did an advertisement.”
The accomplished actress also mentioned that she started earning money at a very young age, as she immediately secured a job right after completing high school. She commented, “Yes, I was staying on my own. I began living independently right after high school and started working right away.”
Jackie Matubia is widely recognized for her significant contributions to the Kenyan entertainment industry, particularly her memorable role as “Jolene” in the immensely popular Kenyan TV series, Tahidi High.
