It was pop and color as Gukena FM Presenter and sports journalist, Gaikamba Wa Mwangi gave his girlfriend the perfect birthday at Anzana Gardens on Sunday.
The journalist, as the merry was going on went down on his knee to propose to his girlfriend, Wambui as friends and close family members who had attended under invites only cheered them up.
He said that he wanted to do something special for his lover and yesterday was just that day.
“She came to my life when I was grieving my mum and despite the pain, I was in, she firmly stood in the gap. We have been living like a girlfriend and a boyfriend but from today, I want her to see me different.”
The two lover birds have a daughter and are expecting another child soon.
