The popular media personality is on the spot after making remarks that Kameme FM fans saw as one sided.
On his morning Show, Gatonye made remarks about the removal of Murang’a Senator Irungu Kang’ata as the senate whip.
A lady identified as Scholar Mugo kickstarted the hash tag Boycott Kameme on Facebook saying that the presenter was biased and one sided.
Gatonye Wa Mbugua I am your great fan in the Kameme radio show. I was very dismayed by your personalized attacks on Senator Irungu Kang’ata today in the morning. I hence Boycott your shows and Kameme forthwith,
Scholar said.

Senator Irungu Kang’ata was removed as the senate whip and replaced by Kiambu Senator Kimani.
