Embu Man Dies By Suicide, Leaves A Note Detailing His M-pesa Pin And Phone Password.

A 24-year-old mason from Kithiruri village, Kianjokoma Sub-location, Embu County was found dead in his house and left a note detailing his M-pesa pin.

His father, Silas Nyaga said that the body of his son, Lawrence Munene was found on Monday at 9am by his younger sister, Ann Murungi.

Munene left a note saying goodbye to his family and asked for forgiveness from anyone he might have done wrong.

Am so sorry to everyone who I have sinned against. Please live a lovely and enjoyable life till we meet again. I will miss you much,

the note read in parts.

The family said that they managed to unlock his phone and nothing was found but normal conversations.

His mother, Cecilia Wanja said that Munene was humble and a kind person with no records of violence.

Munene was a very cool son and maintained a good relationship with everyone. He also gave a hand whenever there was a need to help,

she said.

The area subchief, Ezekiah Njagi has asked the youths to seek alternatives solutions rather than taking their own lives.

I urge the younger generation whenever they feel stressed, to seek help from counsellors. We are ready to listen and change situations for the better instead of losing someone’s life, .

he said.

Munene’s body was transferred to the Gakwegori Mortuary.
