According to the company’s policy, employees not only earn a monthly salary but also receive commissions on sales made. For closing the Ksh 9.5 million deal, Bungoma Goliath pocketed a massive Ksh 500,000 commission.
A joyful Isaac revealed that the money will greatly transform his life. He plans to use part of it to build a house in his rural home in Bungoma, a dream he has held for years.
