Njeri Gachomba, popularly known as Njambi from ‘The Real Househelps of Kawangware’ (TRHK), recently disclosed her preference for dating “bad boys” over nice men. The revelation came in response to a friend who criticized her for rejecting the advances of a wealthy and kind man.
According to the friend, Njeri declined to date a rich and benevolent man who could have provided well for her and her children. Undeterred by the criticism, Njambi openly expressed her inclination towards bad boys, stating that she would choose them over nice men any day. She even singled out a character named Castro as her favorite on a show called “Volume.”
Njambi’s marital status underwent a change in 2022 when she separated from her husband. In a candid post on her Instagram page, the actress revealed that she endured an abusive relationship for a significant period. She admitted to holding on to the union due to a fear of being labeled as someone with a failed marriage. Despite the challenges, she urged other women in similar situations to seek happiness above all else.
The mother of three offered words of encouragement to those enduring abusive marriages, emphasizing that everyone should strive to find happiness. Njambi’s previous relationship had spanned nearly five years, following her separation from her first baby daddy in 2017.
