Chelsea manager has revealed the secret behind FA final lose. The blues have lost their first final under Thomas Tuchel. Tuchel squad proves that he underrated Leicester city in this match. He positioned most important players on bench keeping in mind that Leicester city is just a small club to win against. However, this was not the case after 1-0 defeat from the club he underrated.
Tuchel decided to bring in more important players in the field as a substitute but Leicester city was leading and that is how he lost easily to them. This is the fourth lose for the blues in FA cup final since 2000 under different managers. Tuchel failed to keep in mind that this is final clash by selecting his squad from ordinary players. The key players like Mateo Kovacic and number one Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy were not given the chance to play in this final.
The main reason behind Tuchel lose is underrating Leicester city and keeping key players on bench with no reasons. He quickly noticed his mistake but it was late when he made the substitutes. The ‘Foxes’ had already scored their goal through Tielemans which was a goal that goalkeeper was expected to save. Kepa Arrizabalaga failed to make it following his possibilities to access the ball from the far end. This is why they easily lost against Leicester city.
