Former gospel musician Willy Paul, also known as Bwana Mkunaji, has caused a stir on social media after announcing his plans to become celibate. The controversial artist said that he is going to abstain from sexual intercourse so that his upcoming event can be a success. He went ahead to request women to make the process easy for him.
“I will remain celibate for my upcoming event to be successful. I chose to be holy kabisa. Ladies please make this process easy for me. Thank you for understanding,” Willy Paul said on Instagram.
His post was accompanied by a video where he was working out in the gym with the help of a woman, whom his followers noticed was well endowed. “Hio ni uongo bana watu sio wajinga,” an Instagram user commented on his post.
A section of his followers further said that the Saldido owner cannot survive without a woman. Willy Paul has, however, embraced celibacy several weeks after comedian Eric Omondi blasted him for fornicating in Umoja.
The comedian claimed that Willy Paul had quit the gospel industry and was now busy chasing after university students. Responding to the allegations, the Kitanzi hitmaker said that Omondi’s remarks were the funniest of his jokes.
In a separate post, he told the comedian to concentrate on gospel artists since he was no longer one of them. “Eric- I am not a Gospel Musician so please address the right people. Get my name out of your mouth. You’re like an elder brother to me but place imefika unavuka mpakaa. We’re all chasing that big bag bro. Focus on making yourself big again just like me,” he said.
