The response on social media to a video featuring Diana Marua scolding her husband Kevin Bahati for insisting on leaving a party prematurely has been diverse.
The couple’s social media post, showcasing Marua berating her husband for compelling her to depart from a party against her wishes, has garnered severe criticism from Kenyans.
The video captured the duo’s attendance at the Cleoh Malala Football tournament, where they were also invited to partake in the after-party festivities. In the footage, Marua expresses her dissatisfaction, stating, “Umenitia kwa Club na sijaenjoy the way I wanted to enjoy… kesho I call the shots, mimi hutanitoa kwa club masaa ile unataka, ni mimi nitakwambia site. Mimi najienjoy niko juu ya viti alafu unanitoa, Ngoma zote nazijua, mimi ndo nawaambia dance moves. Nimejienjoy only 70% kesho namalizia 30%. Bahati intervenes, informing his wife that she was embarrassing him, and that’s why he chose to take her home. “Kila mtu anakuangalia, ulikuwa unachoma,” Bahati tells Diana Marua.
