Crime has always been a concern in Nairobi, Kenya, but what happened at a small hardware shop in the city left everyone shocked. The owner of the shop, Mr. Peter Otieno, had been facing repeated break-ins and theft for months. He invested so much in security measures, but the thieves always seemed to find a way in. The situation left him stressed and fearful for his business, as he relied on it to support his family.
One night, Peter decided to close the shop earlier than usual and left it locked as he went home. To his surprise, the next morning, he found the shop untouched, with all doors intact. What shocked him even more was that outside the shop, several notorious local thieves were sitting on the ground, holding their hands and crying out in pain.
