A comrade has sparked an online debate after allowing only his mother to attend his graduation ceremony, excluding all other relatives. In a video clip, he expressed his pain, revealing that his relatives never supported him during difficult times, especially when he went to bed hungry. He emphasized that it was only his mother who stood by him when he was in need.
The comrade shared that he had recently learned his relatives were planning to hire a bus to attend his graduation, despite not being invited. He criticized their sudden interest in his life, questioning why they hadn’t been there for him before. “Do you even know where I study or what I’ve been going through? You want to come now, during my graduation? You’re renting a Mercedes Benz and buses just to show up?” he said.
In his frustration, he pointed out that if his relatives had genuinely cared about him, they would have checked on him during his struggles, including the hardships of managing school and paying rent. He also questioned their priorities: “You’re spending money on a bus and a Mercedes Benz—why didn’t you send me that money so I could even buy some vegetables?”
The comrade further warned his relatives about their plans to attend, hinting at bad luck if they went ahead. “You could end up in an accident, coming to a ceremony you’re not welcome at. What’s your intention—are you trying to cast a spell on me?” he asked.
He made it clear that only his mother, who had struggled to meet his basic needs and secure scholarships for him, would be allowed to attend the ceremony. He questioned his relatives’ motives, recalling how they were absent when he was facing challenges. “What were you doing while my mom was helping me? Don’t come now. If you do, you won’t go to heaven. And trust me, it will affect you mentally,” he added.
