YouTuber Carrol Sonie has responded to her baby daddy, Mulamwah, spending time with their daughter. In a previous YouTube session, Mulamwah shared that he would attempt to reconnect with his daughter, whom he last saw when she was just four months old.
On Sunday, Mulamwah finally had the opportunity to interact with their now three-year-old daughter. The comedian shared photos that captured the joy of their time together.
Carrol Sonie addressed the situation with a brief statement on her Instagram, saying, “Time will tell.”
This meeting between Mulamwah and his daughter, Keilah, is believed to be their first in nearly two years. Mulamwah has previously claimed that Sonnie prevented him from seeing Keilah, with the last time he saw her being when she was only four months old.
In his posts on Sunday, Mulamwah shared heartfelt photos and videos of their time together, accompanying them with heart emojis to express his love. One video showed the comedian playing with his daughter and teaching her how to beautify herself.
Keilah was born in September 2021, just a few months before Mulamwah and Carrol Sonie ended their relationship.
Last month, Mulamwah reiterated that he hadn’t seen his daughter since she was four months old. “There’s no need to pretend that Mulamwah has a good relationship with his daughter. The truth is, I haven’t seen her since she was four months old. Let’s not hide the reality,” Mulamwah stated.
He also expressed his willingness to make amends, saying, “You’ve sent me letters requesting that the child be placed under one person’s custody, but I’m being labeled as an irresponsible father. If we could all cooperate, things would improve… I’ll make the effort to see them. If you see me with the child, it means things are going well; if not…” he trailed off.
