Ringtone Apoko, a gospel singer, recently opened up about his encounter with fellow pastor Justina Syokau and his candid thoughts on the matter. Following several months of Syokau publicly criticizing Ringtone on social media, the two artists eventually participated in a joint interview.
During an interview with Mungai Eve, Ringtone shared that when he embraced Syokau, he maintained a formal and upright posture to prevent any misunderstandings.
Previously, Ringtone had made a bold claim that he could buy a Range Rover for Syokau, but he was taken aback when she approached him to request it. Nevertheless, he did express his willingness to gift her a Vitz if she refrains from seeking attention and focuses on living a genuine life.
These statements from Ringtone came in the wake of an emotional interview in which Syokau, a mother of one, lamented the online harassment she had faced after releasing her New Year song.
Syokau, while promoting her song, had made false claims about spending millions to enhance the size of her buttocks. In reality, she had used padded clothing to create the illusion of a fuller rear end, which had perplexed many social media users.
Ringtone recounted the incident, saying, “She came asking for a Range Rover, and I thought this person is irrational. To be honest, if she changes her ways, I might consider gifting her a Vitz. She needs to reform her behavior.”
In May 2022, the “Twendi Twendi” sensation became a brand ambassador for Zero Hero Properties Limited, the same company that had previously granted actor Omosh a piece of land. During this time, she made a bold statement, expressing her willingness to financially support Ringtone, whom she had frequently professed romantic feelings for. She confidently asserted, “I hear Ringtone is facing financial difficulties. Tell him I am now the boss, and I can offer him financial assistance!”
