Sandra Mbuvi, the flamboyant daughter of former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, has finally opened up about her opulent lifestyle, revealing details that have left many Kenyans stunned.
Sandra said that although she comes from a wealthy family, she has worked hard to build her own brand through modelling gigs, brand partnerships, and various business ventures. According to her, she only relies on her father financially when she is completely broke.
Sandra disclosed that in her normal day-to-day life, she carries around KSh500,000 in cash, explaining that her lifestyle involves expensive cars and high-end outings, and therefore she always needs to be prepared for any situation. She joked that her “broke amount” is KSh10,000, and the moment her balance drops below that, she calls her father.
The young socialite also revealed that in her entire life, she has only been broke for three hours, saying she is used to having money both in her accounts and her cards at all times.
Sandra said she is working smart and building her own empire, adding that her goal is to become a powerful businesswoman—so successful that one day her parents will depend on her.
Her revelation has sparked mixed reactions online, with some admiring her ambition and others questioning the extravagance of her lifestyle.
